Part of the Surrealist Studies of Giovanna degli Albizzi Tornabuoni series, this handcrafted wall sculpture by Furst_Ori combines Domenico Ghirlandaio's iconic Renaissance portrait with an unexpected architectural element. The subject sports Vladimir Tatlin's Monument to the Third International – one of the most ambitious and unrealised architectural visions in history – reimagined as a Georgian bonnet. The result is a historical collision of 15th-century classical artwork and the revolutionary avant-garde, bringing a sense of humor to the design.
The sculpture is engineered to interact with ambient light, turning a flat historical image into a three-dimensional experience. The details of the portrait and architectural mashup are captured in an acrylic glass high quality print inside, which ensures long-lasting clarity. This print is secured within a geometric frame constructed from steel bars. As light changes throughout the day, the structural metal lines project intricate, shifting shadows across the wall, creating a natural focal point within the room.
Each piece is built with handmade integrity, crafted and assembled in Spain within the Artandshadow studio in Granada. The frames are made from steel bars, welded by us, and finished with a distinct silver iron sheen. Because every sculpture is built individually by Furst_Ori, each one carries subtle variations that give it an individual character and lasting material value.
This original design interior object is suited for modern interiors, minimalist spaces, and executive office decor. It serves as a distinct conversation piece for architects, interior designers, and art lovers who appreciate art history blended with a modern, industrial art aesthetic.

Product Safety & Compliance Information
Legal Notice & Artistic Nature
This is an original, handmade work of art, produced in a
limited series and intended for collectors and decorative display purposes
only. In the interest of full transparency and the safety of our collectors, we
provide the following information regarding the correct handling and
preservation of the artwork.
Intended Use & Environment
- Indoor
use only. This sculpture is designed exclusively for indoor decorative
display. Exposure to outdoor conditions — including rain, moisture, frost,
or high humidity — will cause corrosion of the metal components and
degradation of the acrylic elements. - Not
a toy. This is a professional artwork and is not intended for children.
Please keep it out of reach of children and pets at all times.
Material Hazards & Handling
- Metal
components may include intentional sharp edges, points, or delicate
structural details inherent to the artistic design. Handle with care
during unboxing and placement to avoid injury or damage to the piece. - Acrylic
elements should not be subjected to excessive pressure or impact, as they
may crack or detach from the metal frame. - Stability:
Place the sculpture on a flat, stable, and sturdy surface capable of
supporting its weight. Avoid high-traffic areas where it could be
accidentally knocked over.
Maintenance & Care
- Cleaning:
Use only a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Never use alcohol, chemical
solvents, or abrasive products — these will permanently cloud, scratch, or
crack the acrylic surface. - Heat
& light: Keep away from open flames, candles, and direct high-heat
sources. Prolonged exposure to intense heat or direct sunlight may warp or
discolour the acrylic components.
