Thank you for your interest in our handmade artworks. Each ArtandShadow sculpture is carefully prepared in our studio in Granada, Spain, and packaged to gallery standards to ensure safe and secure delivery.
Processing & Handling
As each piece is handcrafted, please allow 3 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday) for your order to be carefully prepared and securely packaged for transit.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CET) will begin processing the following business day.

Made-to-Order: Custom pieces may require additional time; details will be provided in the product description.

Professional Packaging
Each artwork is packed using professional protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Tracking & Customs

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

United States (DDP): We ship to the USA on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. Import duties and customs fees are included in your price. Note: Local State Sales Tax may still apply.

Other Destinations: For countries outside the EU, UK, and USA, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
⚠️ Delivery Issues & Damage
If your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Email us within 48 hours of delivery at artandshadow@gmail.com.

Include clear photos of the damaged item, the internal packaging, and the external shipping box.

We will prioritize your case to resolve the issue or file a claim with the courier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.
