Between Planes — Cage 1 Lightbox Sculpture by Furst_Ori

Cage 1 is the first of two studies by Furst_Ori (ArtandShadow) exploring human forms suspended within a constructivist-inspired visual space. Ink and airbrush on layered acrylic sheets, the image is displaced across multiple layers to create a rich three-dimensional effect — depth, volume, and a sense of the figure caught between planes.

The work is housed in a hand-built lightbox, illuminated with an LED strip whose light is diffused through a soft canvas — giving the piece a warm, cinematic glow that transforms the constructivist geometry into something intimate and alive.
